Why We Exist
Our Mission
Morning Dove Services was born from a deeply personal place. Our founder, Angela Morrison, spent years watching her own mother navigate the challenges of aging without adequate in-home support in Indianapolis. That experience lit a fire — and Morning Dove was the result.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and personalized in-home care that allows individuals to live with dignity and independence — and gives families across Indianapolis and Marion County peace of mind.
We serve seniors, new mothers, children, individuals with disabilities, and anyone recovering from illness or surgery — all across the Indianapolis metro area. As an enrolled Indiana Medicaid Waiver provider, we work with families to access the A&D Waiver, TBI Waiver, and other HCBS programs so cost is never a barrier to quality care.
